NATURAL INGREDIENTS MELT IN HIGH TEMPERTURES, NEVER LEAVE YOUR PACKAGE OUTSIDE IN HIGH TEMPERTURES OR IN DIRECT SUNLIGHT AFTER IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED. IF YOUR PRODUCT HAPPENS TO MELT, PLACE IT IN A REFRIGERATOR UNTIL IT HARDENS, THEN LET IT SIT OUT IN ROOM TEMPERTURE UNTIL IT SOFTENS. Once your item is ordered you will receive a confirmation email, once your order is shipped out, you will be emailed your tracking number, and you should receive your order within 3-7 business days. If there are any shipping delays, you will be notified by email. We offer Standard and Priority Shipping options. If your order reaches $100 then you will be giving free shipping, and it will be automatically subtracted from your total cost.
